Eastern Railway Apprentice Instructions – Download Eastern Railway Kolkata Apprentice Call Letter

1. No representative will be allowed instead of the eligible candidates to appear in DV.
   DV में उपस्थित होने के लिए पात्र उम्मीदवारों के बजाय किसी भी प्रतिनिधि को अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
2. Candidate is instructed to download and take clear printout (front and back pages) of this e- call letter from the website. Call letter will not be sent to candidate by post.
   उम्मीदवार को निर्देश दिया जाता है कि वे वेबसाइट से इस ई-कॉल पत्र का स्पष्ट प्रिंटआउट (फ्रंट और बैक पेज) डाउनलोड करें और लें। उम्मीदवार को डाक द्वारा कॉल लेटर नहीं भेजा जाएगा।
3. The candidates will not be allowed to enter for Verification of Documents without producing DV call letter in original. Preserve the call letter carefully as no photocopy of F.I.R. for loss will be entertained as a substitute. This call letter is not transferable.
   उम्मीदवारों को मूल रूप से डीवी कॉल लेटर प्रस्तुत किए बिना दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के लिए प्रवेश करने के लिए आवंटित नहीं किया जाएगा। कॉल लेटर को सावधानी से सुरक्षित रखें क्योंकि एफ.आई.आर. की कोई फोटोकॉपी नहीं है। नुकसान के लिए एक विकल्प के रूप में मनोरंजन किया जाएगा। यह बुलावा पत्र हस्तांतरणीय नहीं है।
4. You are instructed to bring following documents:-
   आपको निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज लाने का निर्देश दिया जाता है: –
   1. 10 Copies of photographs which you had uploaded t the time of filling up of online application.
      तस्वीरों की 10 प्रतियां जिन्हें आपने ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने के समय अपलोड किया था।
   2. 02 copies of the following documents attested by the Gazetted Officer alongwith the ORIGINAL of the same.
      राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा सत्यापित निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की 02 प्रतियां उसी के मूल के साथ।
      1. Certificate of Secondary examination, each of Admit Card, Mark Sheet and Certificate.
         माध्यमिक परीक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र, प्रत्येक प्रवेश पत्र, अंक पत्र और प्रमाण पत्र।
      2. Certificate of ITI examination, each of Admit Card, mark Sheet and Certificate.
         आईटीआई परीक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र, प्रत्येक प्रवेश पत्र, अंक पत्र और प्रमाण पत्र।
      3. Caste Certificate, if any जाति प्रमाण पत्र, यदि कोई हो
      4. Voter Identity Card (Both sides) मतदाता पहचान पत्र (दोनों तरफ)
      5. Aadhar Card (Both sides) आधार कार्ड (दोनों तरफ)
      6. PAN Card (Both sides) पैन कार्ड (दोनों तरफ)
      7. Bank Pass Book of the candidate and Bank Cheque. उम्मीदवार की बैंक पास बुक और बैंक चेक।
      8. Candidates are also advised to submit the above mentioned documents in 2(two) sets i.e. each set will contain one copy of all the above mentioned documents.
         उम्मीदवारों को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि वे उपर्युक्त दस्तावेजों को 2 (दो) सेटों में जमा करें, अर्थात प्रत्येक सेट में उपरोक्त सभी दस्तावेजों की एक प्रति होगी।
   3. One Medical Certificate is to be necessarily submitted issued by Government Authority Doctor(Gaz.) not below the rank of Asstt. Surgeon of Central/State Hospital in the prescribed format as per Apprentices Act., 1961 and Para-4 of apprentices Rules, 1992 (Photocopy Enclosed).
      एक चिकित्सा प्रमाण पत्र आवश्यक रूप से सरकारी प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया जाना है डॉक्टर (गज।) जो सहायक के पद से नीचे नहीं है। शिक्षु अधिनियम, 1961 और प्रशिक्षु नियम, 1992 के पैरा-4 (फोटोकॉपी संलग्न) के अनुसार निर्धारित प्रारूप में केंद्रीय / राज्य अस्पताल के सर्जन।
   4. The candidates should also submit in writing on first page of each set, the following information.
      उम्मीदवारों को प्रत्येक सेट के पहले पृष्ठ पर लिखित रूप में निम्नलिखित जानकारी भी प्रस्तुत करनी चाहिए:
   1. Name, address & Phone number of the candidate
      उम्मीदवार का नाम, पता और फोन नंबर
   2. Name, address with PIN No. and Nearest Railway Station of Schools and College or Institution from where he/she has studies. पिन नंबर के साथ नाम, पता और स्कूल और कॉलेज या संस्थान का निकटतम रेलवे स्टेशन जहां से उसने पढ़ाई की है।
   3. Address with PIN No. of the Issuing Authority of Caste Certificate, if any.
      जाति प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने वाले प्राधिकारी के पिन नंबर के साथ पता, यदि कोई हो।
5. Candidates should also note carefully the following.
   उम्मीदवार निम्नलिखित को भी ध्यान से नोट करें।
   1. Candidates finally enlisted would be engaged subject to be found fit in appropriate Medical standard.
      अंतिम रूप से सूचीबद्ध उम्मीदवारों को उपयुक्त चिकित्सा मानक में फिट पाए जाने के अधीन रखा जाएगा
   2. No Hotel accommodation will be provided and selected candidates will have to make their own arrangement during their training as per Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and they will be released on completion of the training.
      कोई होटल आवास प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा और चयनित उम्मीदवारों को शिक्षुता अधिनियम, 1961 के अनुसार अपने प्रशिक्षण के दौरान अपनी व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी और उन्हें प्रशिक्षण पूरा होने पर रिहा कर दिया जाएगा।
   3. The decision of the Railway administration in regard to acceptance or otherwise of any application even without assigning any reason or in regard to selection of the candidates and their training will be final.
      बिना कोई कारण बताए किसी भी आवेदन को स्वीकार करने या अन्यथा के संबंध में या उम्मीदवारों के चयन और उनके प्रशिक्षण के संबंध में रेल प्रशासन का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
   4. Impersonation/malpractice/indiscipline in the DV will disqualify the candidate and he/she will be debarred from all future railway training. Candidate is also liable to be prosecuted under law. In case of Administrative exigency, the venue/date/time of DV may be changed for all/some of the candidates.
      डीवी में प्रतिरूपण / कदाचार / अनुशासनहीनता उम्मीदवार को अयोग्य घोषित कर देगी और उसे भविष्य के सभी रेलवे प्रशिक्षण से वंचित कर दिया जाएगा। उम्मीदवार पर कानून के तहत मुकदमा भी चलाया जा सकता है। प्रशासनिक अत्यावश्यकता के मामले में, डीवी का स्थान/तिथि/समय सभी/कुछ उम्मीदवारों के लिए बदला जा सकता है।
